Our vehicles are listed with detailed descriptions, photos, and vehicle history reports, providing you with the necessary information to make an informed purchasing decision. Please read these Terms carefully, as they outline your rights, obligations, and the limitations of liability regarding the purchase and sale of vehicles through our website.

By accessing our website and making a purchase, you confirm that:

At Salvage Auto Deals, we provide detailed descriptions, high-quality images, and vehicle history reports for all vehicles listed on our website. However, while we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information, we do not guarantee that all details, including vehicle specifications, condition, and history, are 100% accurate or complete. It is your responsibility to verify the information provided, especially regarding the vehicle's title status (salvage, rebuilt, or clean), condition, and history.

We reserve the right to modify or update any vehicle listings, including prices, descriptions, or availability, at any time without prior notice.

If you choose to inspect the vehicle in person or hire an independent inspector, you must do so by appointment. All vehicles should be reserved before scheduling an inspection, and appointments are subject to availability. Salvage Auto Deals does not take responsibility for any discrepancies discovered during the inspection process, but we strive to provide full transparency regarding the vehicle's condition.

For customers purchasing without an in-person inspection, we offer a 3-month warranty on the engine and transmission for peace of mind.

The purchase process consists of the following steps:

1. Browse and Select: Choose a vehicle from our online inventory and ensure it meets your needs.
2. Place Your Order: Once you’ve selected the vehicle, place your order through our website.
3. Provide Identification: For security reasons, we require a copy of your valid identification (such as a driver’s license or passport). This must be submitted before proceeding to payment.
4. Invoice and Payment: After receiving your identification, we will send you a detailed invoice. We accept payments only via Wire Transfer (bank transfer) or USDT (Tether). Once your payment is processed, send us the receipt or transaction confirmation.
5. Purchase Contract: After payment is received, we will send you a purchase contract from Salvage Auto Deals, outlining the terms of your purchase. This contract must be signed and returned before we ship your vehicle.
6. Delivery: Once the contract is signed, we will arrange the vehicle's shipping and delivery, which will include insurance for the transport of the vehicle.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject any orders at our discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity or a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Payments must be made in full before a vehicle is released for shipment. We only accept payments via Wire Transfer (bank transfer) or USDT (Tether), and no other payment methods will be accepted. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment is made accurately and on time.

Once your payment is confirmed, we will send you a receipt and initiate the shipment process. Salvage Auto Deals does not accept liability for delays in shipping due to issues related to payment processing.

We will handle the arrangement of shipping and delivery for all vehicles purchased through our website. Our vehicles are shipped through third-party carriers, and all shipments include insurance to cover any damages during transport. You will receive tracking information and the contact details of the driver to monitor your vehicle’s progress.

Delivery times may vary based on your location, and while we strive to meet delivery deadlines, we cannot guarantee an exact date of arrival. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If you are purchasing a vehicle from another state or internationally, please be aware that shipping costs and timelines will vary. We will provide you with a detailed estimate prior to processing the shipment.

Salvage Auto Deals operates under a no-refund policy once a vehicle purchase has been confirmed and payment is processed. Since vehicles are sold as-is, returns are not accepted unless the vehicle is not as described or does not meet the standards outlined in the purchase contract.

For any issues regarding the condition of the vehicle upon delivery, please contact us immediately. Any disputes related to the vehicle’s condition must be reported within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we will not be responsible for any claims.

• 3-Month Warranty: For vehicles not inspected in person, we provide a 3-month warranty on the engine and transmission to cover any mechanical failures related to these components.
• No Other Warranties: Except as expressly stated above, Salvage Auto Deals makes no other warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All vehicles are sold "as-is," and we are not responsible for any issues or defects that arise after the sale.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salvage Auto Deals and its affiliates, partners, or agents will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website, your vehicle purchase, or the transportation of vehicles, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your use of the Salvage Auto Deals website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
